Most yards are built one decision at a time — a patio one year, a pool the next, planting whenever there's budget left. The result is a collection of features that never quite settle together.
We work the other way. Grade, drainage, circulation and sightlines are resolved first, and then the terrace, the water, the deck, the masonry and the planting are drawn as one plan. Paths land where people actually walk. The kitchen faces the seating. The pond is audible from the chair you'll sit in.
What that produces is an outdoor space that reads as an extension of the house — usable from the first warm week in spring through the last fire in October.

Featured Transformation
One Plan, Every Element
This property brought together several of our trades on one schedule: pool and integrated spa construction, coping and a continuous stone surround, terrace masonry, and planting layered along the rear of the lot.
Because the surround material was carried through from the terrace to the pool edge, the two areas read as a single floor rather than a patio and, separately, a pool deck. The spa was raised and tied into the same masonry so the water sits as one composition.

Our Process
Consultation
We walk the property with you, listen to how you want to use the space, and talk through what the site allows — grade, drainage, setbacks, sun and access. There is no charge for this visit.
Design and Planning
We produce layouts and 3D renderings so you can see materials, elevations and sightlines before construction. Site analysis, material selection, permitting and a phased plan are all resolved here.
Construction
Our own crews handle excavation, masonry, pool construction, carpentry, water features and planting in sequence, coordinated by one project manager with a schedule you can follow.
Enjoy Your New Outdoor Space
We walk the finished project with you, explain how systems and features operate, and can stay on for landscape maintenance, water feature service and seasonal care.
