Pools and Spas Designed With the Yard
A pool is a permanent decision about how the rest of the yard works. Shape, depth, coping and surround are drawn together.

How We Approach Pools and Spas
We design pools to sit correctly on the property: aligned to the house or deliberately not, sized so there's still usable lawn and terrace, and shaped to suit either lap swimming, family use or a quiet visual anchor. Grade changes, drainage, setbacks and equipment placement are resolved on the plan.
Integrated spas, raised bond beams with sheer descents, tanning ledges, automatic covers, heaters, lighting and automation are chosen for how the pool will actually be used across a Long Island season. We also build pools with a natural appearance — boulder edges, planted margins and waterfall returns — for homeowners who want water without a rectangle of blue.
Coping, decking and surrounding masonry are specified with the pool so the finished area is one continuous surface rather than a pool and, separately, whatever was poured around it.
