We work throughout Nassau and Suffolk County from our office at 635 Pulaski Rd in Greenlawn, NY, and we also take projects in nearby Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The initial property visit and conversation about your project carries no charge or obligation.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We prepare and file the permits your town requires, arrange engineering where it is needed, and coordinate inspections through completion.

Can I see the design before construction starts?

Yes. We produce layouts and 3D renderings so you can review materials, elevations and sightlines before any work begins.

Can a large project be phased?

Yes. We build phasing into the master plan so work can be staged across seasons or budget years without tearing out anything already finished.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available through HFS Financial. You can review options and apply through the link on our financing page.

Do you maintain the landscapes you build?

Yes. We offer landscape maintenance, lawn care, seasonal cleanups, pond and water feature service, and snow removal.

When should I start planning for a spring or summer project?

Design, permitting and scheduling take time, so homeowners who want to use a new space in summer generally start the conversation in late fall or winter.
